We are looking for YOU to join us on our next fundraising event.

This fundraising event is more than just a dip in the cold water. Its an experience and a way to learn about the amazing health benefits that cold water immersion brings to you.

The benefits of breathwork/cold water immersion are many!

Reduces stress, increases resilience, boosts immunity, improves circulation, helps to manage pain, improves metabolism (so aids weight loss), lowers inflammation, lifts mood & increases energy.

During this event you will receive a one hour work shop before taking a dip in the beautiful cold lake at Manvers.

We can’t wait for this one and hope you can join us.

Cold-Water Plunge Challenge Terms and Conditions

I agree to the terms and conditions as stated in the event description

By taking part in the Cold-Water Plunge Challenge in aid of Barnsley Hospital Charity, you are bound by the following terms and agree:

To aim to meet the minimum fundraising pledge of £100 and to make every effort to reach or exceed it.

That any shortfall will need to be covered by yourself in order to take part, or you should postpone or cancel and refund all monies to your sponsors.

To create a justgiving.com fundraising page or raise funds as part of a team page.

That your contact details will be shared between the charity and the external company delivering the session. They will not be passed on by us to any other third party for any reason.

To make clear to sponsors that you are not paying for the experience yourself and that the cost will be covered in full or part by their donations.

That the third-party organiser/charity will not accept any liability or responsibility for you taking part in the Cold-Water Plunge.

You have read and comply with the Breath Connection waiver.
